Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

  Receive Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method immediately after approval.
